KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced on Friday the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.
The Team Academic Award is recognized for a team's exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year. The women's soccer program finished the 2024-25 season with a GPA of 3.68, and the men's soccer team with a 3.40 GPA.
A total of 721 soccer teams (296 men, 425 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year. Of that total, 161 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year.
