Grace Reed led the way as she posted the second-fastest 5,000m performance in program history.

Rachel Hockenberry and freshman
Reagan Chambless were the first two Moccasins to take to the track early Friday morning. All four Moccasins in action competed in the 5,000m but were separated into three different categories. Hockenberry and Chambless took 54
th and 57
th, respectively, among their group of athletes. Hockenberry completed the distance in 18:45.32 while Chambless clocked in at 19:14.17.

Junior
Emma Pfeiffer also competed on Friday morning as part of the "C" group and took 102
nd. She turned in a time of 18:17.57.

Reed was the final Moccasin on the track as she competed Friday night in the "A" open grouping. She was able to claim 69
th place while posting the second-fastest 5,000m performance in program history. Reed completed the race in 17:04.30, just seven seconds away from the school record.

The Mocs will be back in action April 24-25 at the 2026 Sunshine State Conference Championships in Daytona Beach, Fla.
