Jeb Halfacre and Miguel Ferreira each registered his second individual win Sunday on the final day of competition at the Sunshine State Conference Swimming Chamionships in Orlando. 

Nova Southeastern won the men's competition with 956.5 points.  Tampa was second with 743.5 and FSC was third with 740.

Halfacre, the defending Division II national champion in the 200-yard backstroke, earned a trip back to the Division II national meet, as he won the event Sunday with an automatic qualifying time of 1:47.94.  Ferreira posted his second automatic qualifying time of the meet, winning the 200-yard breaststroke in a school-record time of 2:00.72. 

Also Sunday, the Moccasins received runner-up finishes from Bruce Janzen in the 200-yard butterfly in a school-record time of 1:50.66 and from the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Halfacre, Zach Edwards, Alex Peterson and Walter Rumans in a school-record time of 3:02.48 (first-place time was 3:02.00).

For the meet, the men won six events, had five automatic qualifying times (two relays and three individual events) and set 12 school records.
