CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Florida Southern men's track team traveled to Cleveland, Tenn. Friday to compete in the Lee Flames-Fast Break Athletics Invitational against some of the top teams from around the Southeast. The Moccasins saw action in both the 5,000m and 10,000m with top-10 season performances achieved in both events.

TOP PERFORMERS
- Freshman Cole Summers was the lone Moccasin in the 5,000m as he ran the eighth fastest time this season for FSC at 15:06.58. The time was just two seconds off his season-best and earned him 22nd overall Friday evening.
- Four Mocs saw action in the 10K with freshman William Canales leading the pack with the second-best 10,000m time this season for the Mocs at 31:30.32. The time earned him 27th overall in the event. Sophomore Caleb Brady finished seven spots back in 34th as he completed the distance in 31:54.79, which ranks as the fourth-best time this season for the Mocs. Junior Seth Augustynowski was next to cross the line as he stopped the clock at 32:33.05 to earn 42nd overall. His time also ranks as the ninth-best this season for FSC. The final competitor for the Mocs was junior Aiden Redmond who finished in 33:50.46 to place 54th.
