INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The No. 15 Florida Southern College men's swimming team finished with another record-breaking relay to end day three of the NCAA Championships inside the IU Natatorium.
 
The Moccasins sit in sixth place with 94 points after a fourth-place finish in the 400 medley relay, breaking the squad's program and conference record set at the Sunshine State Conference Championships last month. The leader through 20 events is Drury University with 268 points.
 
Nino Viallon was the sole Moccasin in the evening finals, participating in the 100 fly A final. Viallon finished fifth overall in the A final with a time of 46.72, again breaking his own school record previously set in the preliminaries earlier today and the SSC championships prior to that.
 
The final event of the evening was the 400 medley relay, in which a team of Brandon Wilson, Janek Barczyk, Viallon, and Matheus Da Rocha finished fourth overall with a new program record of 3:08.54, just 0.02 seconds behind a top-three finish. The leadoff backstroke leg by Wilson was done in 46.33, the second-best time in program history.
 
In prelims, Viallon made the A final after first breaking his school record with a time of 46.79. Representing FSC in the 200 free, Peter Csicsaky swam a 1:38.50 time, good for 30^th in the morning heats.
 
The Mocs will compete in the 500 free (Csicsaky), 100 backstroke (Wilson),100 breaststroke (Barczyk), and the 200 free relay in tomorrow's events. The prelims will occur at 10 a.m. and the finals at 5:30 p.m. inside the IU Natatorium.
