RALEIGH, N.C. – Senior
Anthony Matthew of the Florida Southern College men's track team was once again the lone Moccasin in action Saturday afternoon as he made the trip to Raleigh, N.C. for the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State University. Matthew posted the third fastest 800m time this season for the Moccasins as he competed against a field of 193 competitors.

Matthew competed in the 14
th of 19 heats of the 800m where he placed eighth. The winner of Matthew's heat, Seth Eye of Augusta, finished 28
th overall. Matthew's time of 1:55.67 earned him 169
th overall as he was sandwiched between runners from Milwaukee and Valparaiso.

The Florida Southern College men's track team will be back in action April 3-4 at the ERAU Running Elements Classic.
