Bob Bowman finished his three year career at Florida Southern as the Mocs’ third all-time scorer with 1,773 career points. His career scoring average of 17.9 points per game is still the fifth total in Moccasin history. Bowman ranks third with 703 career field goals made in a single season and ranks fifth with 367 free throws made in a career. As a sophomore and again as a senior, he averaged 21.5 points per game to post the fifth best total ever for a Moccasin player. He also holds the FSC record with 18 field goals made in a single game. Named the Mocs most valuable player as a senior, Bowman graduated from Florida Southern in 1967.
