Jeb Halfacre is the most decorated swimmer in Florida Southern College history, compiling an incredible 28 All-America honors — including 22 First-Team selections — during his collegiate career from 2009 to 2013. A trailblazer for the Moccasins' men's swimming program, Halfacre made history as the program's first individual national champion, winning three consecutive NCAA Division II titles in the 200-backstroke (2010*, 2011, and 2012).

A consistent force in the pool, Halfacre earned seven All-America honors in each of his four seasons. In addition to his 200-backstroke dominance, he was national runner-up in the 100-backstroke for three straight years (2010–2012), and earned multiple top-three finishes in national relay and individual events, including third place in the 200 individual medley (2012, 2013), 100-backstroke (2013), and 200-backstroke (2013).

He was a key member of several national champion relay teams, including the 400-medley relay (2011, 2012), 800-freestyle relay (2012), and 200-medley relay (2013). He also helped the Mocs to national runner-up and third-place relay finishes across multiple events.

Halfacre still holds multiple FSC program records, including a 1:43.31 in the 200-backstroke (set at the 2012 NCAA Championships), a 1:46.63 in the 200 individual medley (2013), and was part of the record-setting 800-freestyle relay (6:27.73 in 2012).

Recognized for both his athletic excellence and leadership, Halfacre was a two-time SSC Male Athlete of the Year (2011, 2012), a three-time SSC Swimmer of the Year (2011, 2012, Co-Swimmer in 2013), and the 2011 recipient of FSC's Hal Smeltzly Award for Male Athlete of the Year. He was a Team MVP in all four seasons and a four-time SSC Swimmer of the Week, also earning National Swimmer of the Week honors on December 20, 2011.

A dominant performer at the conference level, he was an SSC Champion in 13 events, including the 100 and 200 backstroke, and multiple medley and freestyle relays. Halfacre graduated from Florida Southern in 2013, leaving behind a legacy as one of the greatest swimmers in program and conference history.
