CHRISSY TERESI
Softball, 1991-92

Chrissy Teresi came to Florida Southern from Santa Fe Community College, but had never played fastpitch softball, only slowpitch. She learned quickly and went on to become a two-time All-American for the Moccasins at second base. In her first season, she helped lead the Moccasins to a 35-11 record, a co-championship in the Sunshine State Conference and runner-up finish in the 1991 NCAA regional tournament, hitting .360 with a team-leading 11 doubles. In her senior season of 1992, she hit .405 to help lead the Moccasins to a 41-9 mark, the SSC title and another regional runner-up finish. She was a perfect 11-for-11 in stolen bases in her career.
