Men’s Golf, 2004-07

A three-time All-American, Greg Koch played four seasons at Florida Southern from 2004-07 under fellow FSC Hall of Famer Doug Gordin. During his collegiate career, Koch was a two-time All-South Region honoree and was named to the All-SSC team three seasons. He was the SSC Freshman of the Year in 2004, was named to the 2005 SSC All-Tournament Team, and was the 2007 SSC Male Golfer of the Year. Koch was chosen as the Mocs’ Team MVP three times. He finished his Moccasins career with 22 top ten finishes and posted a career stroke average of 73.44 over 122 rounds and 41 tournaments. He won the 2004 Matlock Invitational as a freshman in 2004 and as a junior in 2006 and also won the Coker and USF Invitationals in 2007. He placed third in the NCAA National Championships as a junior in 2006 and sixth as a senior in 2007, helping the Mocs to a fourth-place national finish that season. Koch was the Mocs’ low scorer in each of his final three seasons at FSC.
