SHELLY DAVIS
Softball, 1992-96

Shelly Davis played for the Moccasin softball team for four seasons and in each of her years, was named to the All-America team, including two first-team selections. Also a four time All-SSC and All-South Region player, Davis was the 1996 Sunshine State Conference Female Athlete of the Year. She set the FSC record with an incredible .500 batting average as a senior and also holds single season school records with 85 hits, 23 doubles and 118 total bases. Her .462 career batting average is a school record as is her career totals of 298 hits, 58 doubles and 394 total bases. A member of the Mocs’ 1993 NCAA National Championship team, Davis is a 1996 graduate. She was inducted into the Sunshine State Conference Hall of Fame in 2005.
